Perlman Music Program Suncoast - PMP Alumni:Around town

Throughout the season, PMP/Suncoast brings alumni of The Perlman Music Program, now professional musicians, into community venues with a goal of providing as many people as possible with access to world-class musical performances. Hand-picked by Toby and Itzhak Perlman, these PMP alumni are truly celebrated young concert artists. Free and low-cost performances in Sarasota and Manatee counties reach more than 2,000 each year at venues including: retirement centers, local arts organizations, community club houses, social service providers, restaurants, galleries, private homes, and more. This program helps to create new audiences for the next generation of concert artists that trained through PMP as well as provide individuals and families with extraordinary access to unique musical experiences.
